Volunteer Application Form - Soul Revolution Festival

VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM

Soul Revolution Festival is a multi-faith gathering where holistic health, world music, and community harmonise to deliver a transformational experience that inspires a new way of being. We merge modern and ancient, masculine and feminine, local and global to create something truly magical.

This is your chance to empower yourself with practices you can carry into daily life, whilst also switching off from the noise of the modern world to go inward. In this space, reflection, laughter, play, creativity, and deep connection naturally flourish.

Experience the liberation of exploring a festival with no alcohol or substances in an incredibly family-friendly, safe, and accepting environment. Join our warm community for an unforgettable 5-day journey 22-26 May, as we immerse ourselves in Unity & Oneness – our resonant and timely theme for 2026.

It’s time to live, breathe, and be the revolution…

Want to be part of the tapestry that weaves the magic that is Soul Revolution? Do you have the capacity to give us some of your time and energy to help cocreate this magical experience for thousands of your brothers and sisters to expand in?

We would love to have you join our team. Please take your time to fill out this form so we can get to know you better.

The application is an exchange of a minimum of 18 hours (3x6 shifts for example) in exchange for a full weekend ticket which gives you access to over 150 workshops, at least 5 days of camping, some of the best medicine music from around the world and a new found tribe and skills. Plus we will feed you delicious food during your shift.

Please note that applications will close in March and we have a lot of applications so don't be disheartened if you don't hear back straight away. Know that we will be processing and taking the time to really read through each application.

Unfortunately, due to people not turning up for their allocated hours in the past which ultimately puts pressure and risk on others - we do have to ask for a £150 deposit. This deposit is held in a holding account until your area lead confirms that you have completed all of your hours of service and then the full amount is returned to you after the festival. The deadline for the deposit will be 1st April 2026.

If this is an issue for you, please reach out. We do have other options and we really don't want finances to be the only factor stopping someone from getting involved in this truly magical gathering.

You will be expected to complete a health and safety form prior to undertaking any shifts on site.

If successful, You will be provided with a volunteer handbook. You will be expected to sign to state you have read the handbook upon arrival to the festival.

With love and gratitude,
The Soul Revolution Family
